• We do not store your Credit/Debit card numbers or Net Banking passwords.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm). We only retain transaction IDs and payment status for our records.

C. On-Premises Data (Safety & Security)

• CCTV Footage: For the safety of our customers and the security of our high-value equipment, our facility is monitored by Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). This footage is stored for a limited period and may be reviewed in case of theft, damage, or accidents.
• Incident Reports: If an injury or equipment damage occurs, we document the details of the incident, which may include your personal statement.
